Very floriferous and melliferous perfumed plant. Elegant clusters of flowers that can exceed 40 to 50 cm long and gradually bloom from their base to their tip in April-May. It blooms about a week after Wisteria sinensis. Smells like honey, especially in warm temperatures. Glossy dark green deciduous foliage. The leaves are composed of 11 to 15 leaflets. The stems curl up in a clockwise direction on their support.
