Read detailed description :

The foliage is made of 12-16 dark green leaflets that often turn yellow in autumn. White flowers in corymbs in May-June, followed by numerous coral-red fruits of 9-11mm diameter, organised in clusters and that can last until December. Its fruits are a delight for birds. Very versatile and tolerant pionneer species. Most beautiful in rockery and calcareous mountains. Nice tree when planted in cities in a cool weather. It appreciates light and cool soils. Can tolerate heavy soils in cool and moist climates, but its roots stay on the surface because they require air.
