The large round and flattened flowers are composed of a dense mutitude of fleurons in triple pompom form. Each one is two-tone, pink, overtaken with white at the tip during growth, giving a very attractive and original aspect. Flowers appear in early summer and will periodically repeat through the season. Flowers may become more and more pink depending on the presence of chalk, whether in the soil or in the water.
