Read detailed description :

Flowers in May-June and then end of August to end of September. Its name comes from the fact that it has differently formed flowers depending on the season : in the spring the ruffled flowers are double (like a peony), in the summer they are semi-double and have, at the heart, a bunch of petal-style stamens. Petals are a superb light purpely-blue colour with white veins, and a silvery underside and green median. Mutation of the 'President' variety.
