Read detailed description :

A rounded and very compact plant with graphic, ball-shaped flowers at the end of summer. Each inflorescence is perfectly round, with evenly spread erect stamens all round. Perfumed and attracting bees, and generally adored by all the pollinating insects. The birds will also be attracted by the seeds. Leaves are oval-shaped and glossy and will turn yellow in autumn. Appreciates a fresh soil, tolerates shade, humidity and periodical flooding, and can therefore be planted near rivers and lakes. It is also an excellent plant for flowerbeds, and in dips in gardens. Flowering will be more abundant in a sunny exposure.
