Read detailed description :

An excellent upright growing Swamp Oak. The leaves are dark green, 10-15cm long, 5-10cm large, with well defined 5-7 lobes, and turning scarlet red to dark bronze in autumn. The browned leaves, in winter, will often stay on the tree before the new shoots appear in spring. Will grow in any type of soil, even slightly chalky, humid or periodically dry. Resistant to pollution. Avoid very clayey soils. Mutation of the 'Crownright' variety. Grows to a maximum of 8-15m high and 2-3m large.
