This plant will create a surprise in gardens, attracting attention to the original variegated figs, from mid-August to mid-September. They are the only figs with yellow and cream coloured bands elegantly streaking the light green skin. Flesh is sweet, perfumed and red. To be eaten fresh, in jams and they can also be dried. This small and vigorous tree produces medium-sized fruit (about 50g), and is resistant to bad weather.
