Read detailed description :

One of the more rustic of the cistus family, compact and spreading. A profusion of white flowers, 3-4cm in diameter, in May-June, coming from tinted red floral buds. Any well drained soil, even dry and poor. Tolerates chalky soils, pollution and sea-spray.
