Small round tree that can grow thick from the base, or with a clear trunk. Foliage is bright red in spring, then bronze green in summer and golden yellow in autumn. Nice, large leaves with 5 to 7 non serrated lobes, 8 to 15 cm long. Can be planted in any type of soil including dry and chalky soil. Can grow over 10 meters tall. Melliferous plant.
